I have not read too many good reports about lanoguard stuff to be honest so would not use it, old school is best sometimes.
If you have ever had the joy of taking suspension components apart someone anti seized up before you could hug them, I know you have to be careful with copper and aluminium and galvanic corrosion though.

This is how i do the bushings using a press and what i use to space them up / press them in/out. Use a chisel on the front bushing to pry up the lip so you can get a socket under it to space it up (1st pic). As others mentioned use a little grease when pressing the new bushings in.

Thanks for the chisel tip. Good pictures too. I think the wife might have something to say if I gave my kids the first go on a £70 press from Temu. Maybe let them do the second side.

I was planing on using either aluminium or ceramic grease

Superb pictures them, child's play and easy eh?!

Good installation here, but those sockets are imperial ones. I'm sure however some metric / cylinders from bushings kit will fit.

I just started this job for the winter, its gone from replacing bushes to a mini refurb, everything is seized, roll bar links, tie rods, pretty much all bolts rusted / rounded, most of the dust boots are cracked and need replacing, this is on a car that's lived in a garage for the last 10 years and is pretty clean on the chassis / body.

Yeah mine is going the way of a mini refurb too.

I had a final poke around today and to my surprise none of the drop link connections are seized. They look like genuine Honda ones, no idea if they’re original. Going to replace them anyway while I’m in there but at least they’ll come off easy enough. The camber bolts are well and truly stuck though so 4 cuts per side needed.

All my parts have arrived, just need to get my saw back from the mate I leant it to and a free weekend with a decent forecast.

I've just pulled the trigger and ordered the Hardrace bushing kit for the lower arms (6 bushes)....
Hardware will be sorted this week from Amayama
Looks like we will all be swearing on the driveway / garage this winter :D

Im considering getting the full kit to crack on with it over the winter, where did you buy the hardrace kit from?

Dropped a bit lucky from an automotive seller on auction site, selling the Q0227 kit brand new boxed. I understand they are £300 quid approx from Tegiwa, grabbed for 170 Quid. Bargain I thought
We will see when they arrive....

I got the 6 piece hardrace kit on eBay for £170 as well. All arrived sealed in the proper packaging.

When I was looking you could get the full kit for about £750 rather than £1000+ from online shops.
