Suspension superheroes!

Suspension superheroes!
After a few months of plus-gassing, heating and hammering my siezed adjustment bolts I have finally come to accept the inevitable:
The mofo's are gonna have to be cut out.
I have two bad un's, its the N/S rear camber adjuster, and the O/S front caster/compliance adjuster.
All my other ones are free; either through hard work or replacing stuck bits (hardrace rear toe arms etc)
I have removed all the parts necessary to drop the rear lower wishbone, and is now just held on by the seized bolt. I'm planning to angle grind the adjustment bolt to get it out,a replacement bolt is only £11 odd so thats not too bad from a stealer.
But where do I get a replacement wishbone bush from? I cant find the part on lings.com online parts finder.
Please tell me I dont have to buy a whole wishbone?????
Whilst I was unbolting all the bits to get this wishbone out I noticed that my drop link was....how do you say..... f**ked!
That part is a much more reasonable..... £50 quid from the dealer!
I can remember replacing simillar parts on my lude for peanuts from an ebay seller, but I cannot seem to find such things for the S.
And as for the front one; I'm told this is the real arse to cut out, and have heard talk of sabre saws and the like. Most of the ones I have found are air powered, but I dont have a compressor. Can you get electric ones? Are they man enough for the job?
Then of course, I still have to replace
So in conclusion, my questions:
Where do I get a replacement lower wishbone rear bush from?
Is there a patent part/equivalent of the drop links?
What is the best way of cutting the seized front caster/compliance bolt out?
Where do I get a replacement bush for THAT?
Is it just easier for me to try and find second hand wishbones?
Many Thanks in advance.
Dan

Hi again Dan, the best info is in the FAQ, big with pictures on all things bushes, I don't know if you will be able to get OEM parts, as you know the only way to get OEM wishbone bushes is with the wishbones, as I said talk to Rob at Garage-R he is the man.

There are some replacement droplinks available on a well known internet auction site for about £20 per pair. But DON'T! They're tulip, in fact it wasn't even possible to fit the fronts (though I did get the rears on), and I had to buy the OEM parts from Lings instead.

I think i'm right in thinking that you'll need a 10 tonne press if you want to replace the bush yourself. If you went down this route it would be best to replace with the polybush version although you would have to do all the bushes on the car... BIG job.
As Rob says, best thing to do would be to source some second hand arms and some new bolts from Honda and just replace. Make sure to grease the new bolts so they won't seize in future...
Good luck

Right, sourced a second hand wishbone. Gonna buy a new adjusting bolt from Honda. Now I've just gotta cut the old bastard out. Do you think a 4" blade on an angle grinder will be sufficient for the task? I can rotate the wishbone through approx 120° to let me get at most of the bolt. And will I be able to get at the front one too? Or are we still in sabre saw territory?
