the other day, I was folling a car off a roundabout and down the slip road onto a local motorway. He wanted to play so we both accelerated hard and I revved out in 2nd and 3rd and only just stayed level. the other car..

Except the modern shopping trolley is still just that .... and they have a tin roof Plenty of faster cars out there for the same or less money, not many are as much fun to drive.

As lower said really sums it up. Some are even faster, I'd rather be in an S2000 though.
The ST has a lot more torque than the S but only 225BHP and a little heavier. You've really got to be in the right gear and be prepared to rag the shit out of the S.
If its any consolation, i had a go with one of those Astra VXR's (in my dreams) - it looked like a small dinky toy in my rear view mirror after a very short period of time.
Be careful out there.

Who buys s2000's to race with anyway.....just laugh at people who want races, I bought mine for the looks, and it's a bonus that there decent little performers. If I wanted speed I would of kept my Evo 6
