Default Timing Chain / Tensioner Maintenance

Hi all,

My 2004 S2k is at 86k and I'm conscious I haven't replaced the Timing Chain or Tensioner.

When should I be looking to replace this, and are there any signs to look for to suggest it might need to be replaced? Will it start to make a noise of some sort?

Is this a job any garage can do or does it need to be Honda or another specialist dealer? What sort of costs do I need to prepare for?

Thanks
