Lol, there has been the occasional scrape of plastic every now and then although its mostly from the front splash guards on the floor. As much as I love the way it looks and although she still handles beautifully I'm going to raise her up an inch for those spirited cross country drives and not to put off potential new owners...

that's pretty low and you're lucky that the damage is so small.
on lowered Miatas you get rails and mudpipes busted.
