What about drivers who slow down just so they can have a good look at an accident.

You should try driving in California.. I lived in London for 28 years and English drivers are the best.. Driving to work in the San Francisco Bay Area involves risking your life every day.. I think most poeple that drive here went to the Stevie Wonder school of driving..

How about this "Stella" Award - for the most frivolous lawsuit in the U.S.
In 1994, a New Mexico jury awarded $ 2.9 million U.S. in damages to 81-year-old Stella Liebeck who suffered third-degree burns to her legs, groin and buttocks after spilling a cup of McDonald's coffee on herself whilst clutching the cup between her legs driving a car.
Ahhh.......acoustic parking as we used it . I also forgot that in Paris knocks and dents in your car are the norm not the exception - as I found when someone sideswiped my car. It just meant I never worried when I banged someone else's car.

Got another two pet horrors after tonight.
1. People putting makeup on in their rear view mirror while driving in stop start M25 traffic ( we were even doing more than 40mph! )
2. People looking at maps/books held in between the steering wheel while "cruising" at 60mph....
Alternate horrors.....
Reading this weeks Autocar.......
Automatic speed control
Currently predicted to be law within 4 years. Canada here we come.

Living with Mira bascially in my back garden I've seen the 'Speed Control' car going out
I prefer spotting the more exotic disgiused cars.
- Disguised S-Type this morning.
- Save a lot of Clio V6's during development. Shame they still didn't get that one right...
It's amazing how bad some of the test drivers are - Mira's entrance is onto a fast A road.. (A5) and some of them seem to think trade plates, and bin liners on the car means you can just pull out....
Funnily enough I don't shed a tear when I go past near rush hour - Mira gets it's own long tailback of people trying to get out.
One common thing they do is sit half a car back from the junction... obviously half a car lengths acceleration space means you can get into any space
-Brian.
