Have been in whitehaven recently? think i may have seen your car parked up.
Not me. Never been there in the S, just in the beater.

The nurby you've seen around could well be me, I've never seen another nurby in Cumbria.

Just been to Suffolk and and in total must have done something like 400 miles all told. I saw 1 S2000 travelling the other direction the entire time. And for the record I think Z4 owners are the worst for driving with the roof up. I has to be 35c + or they dont want to know.

I did a lakes run a month or so back and never saw a single S
Saw Lambo's, Astons, coxsters, TT but no S's
I do 40K miles a year all over the country, I'm doing well if I see 3 in a week!
I love that about this car!

Ditto.
The rarity of the S2000 reminds me so much of owning a classic Sunbeam Alpine during the eighties and nineties, & the joy of encountering another on the road accompanied by much exchanging of waves.
Then, as with the MX-5 today, every other classic sports car seemed to be an MGB.

I was in Keswick today, saw a Moonrock S heading into Keswick as I was heading out about 1900ish towards Windermere. No waves or flashes as I only saw him at the last split-second. Ditto about the rain.
