TTS Superchargers

TTS Superchargers
I am in the middle of upgrading everything on my S2000 (Just re-fitted the OEM Sat Nav) - Got new brakes and slotted disks all round. Uprated race exhaust and have ordered a new race clutch. New suspension on it's way (lowered and harder)....
So, I have decided I would like to make it quicker too..... So, I have contacted the guys at TTS who are based near Silverstone and am travelling up to see them on 13th June..... After speaking to the guy on the phone he informed me that, providing the compression is okay, the Honda engine can handle up to 500BHP (not sure of the torque)...... I am not getting anything fitted or buying anything until I have all the information.
My concern is not the engine as such (it is, but not as much as the following) ...... If I was to accelarate hard, would that much power rip the diff apart? And do any of you have experience with TTS Superchargers?
Thanks

tons of TTS users around, maybe try the facebook groups too
they are decent in the later iterations of mount plate but still require belt changes and sometimes eat pulleys
a genuine 500bhp from SC is rare i think, the TTS dyno is optimistic.. it had mine at 450 but in reality was just under 400 with a skunk2 and decat
bottom mount is more reliable but loses AC
if you launch a lot you will break your diff, more so in turbos which have more low down grunt. i broke mine and many others have done that and or the box
two stages of boost for top mount, 11psi is the supersport and will get you around 400bhp tuned well (my experience).. a smaller pulley, bigger IC will get you more ponies and more stress on those parts
factor in ecu or piggy depending on year and a wideband with gauge (PLX)
TTS are alright to deal with but are not cheap
good luck.. they are much faster than stock

TTS full race here. As others have said take the dyno figures with a pinch of salt but I have circa 480bhp at the flywheel.
Normal driving will be fine for the gearbox and diff, but also as others have said launching hard from standstill will almost certainly cause failure over a period of time.
With regards to overall reliability, keeping your eye on AFR, knock, temperatures (water, oil etc) and the general maintenance of the car will be most crucial. That and finding a skilled tuner to make you a safe map of course.
PM if you would like any more info
