Hi,

Have you received the rear tyres yet ?

If so, can you confirm that they are the correct MZ tyres ?

Thanks
Bharat

They have been delivered but to my wife's workplace. I will update as to the details when I have them but that won't be until Monday.
I bought them from Camskill and the specification did include MZ and the correct size and load numbers. They were delivered straight from Bridgestone.

Right I now have a conundrum. The tyres I ordered are REO50 245 40 R17 mz according to the website and my receipt so that's what I should have.
But no...... I have the REO50A 245 40 R17 MO.
My question is has anyone any experience of the asymmetric versions

Lots of us use or used the REO50a on the 16s for a while. they were a little soft in the sidewall but good in the wet.

Thanks Simon for the prompt reply.
I see the load rating is the same as the MZ but on balance I am going to contact the supplier and request the correct tyre be sent and take it from there.
I have winters on at the moment and if the REO 50 MZ can't be supplied then I will probably be going for the pilot sport 4s.
Thanks again.
Chris

Well the REO 50 A's are winging their way back to the Netherlands and I am assured the MZ's are on their way. Awaiting further developments.

Hi,

Do you have a link to the original order on the Camskill website, as I was unable to find them ?

Thanks
Bharat

As mentioned a few pages back, I'm running nearly worn Conti Sport 5's (probably 2.5mm left) at the front and brand new Goodyear F1 Asym 2's at the rear. No issues with the handling at all. That said, I only bought the car back in Oct, so not really been warm or dry enough to push on and see how the car feels.

Anyway, I was in Costco this evening and on somehow ended up buying 4x Michelin Pilot Sport 4's for £400, will get them fitted next week.

So if anyone wants a pair of almost new F1 A2''s, let me know I'll be advertising them soon.
