UK dealership question
do they charge you to just repair your car for a problem covered by the warranty?
I just did my 45000kms service in France, and although I mentioned the weird clicking noise coming from the back wheels on slow accelerations, they did not fix it (they said it was the poor condition of the brake pads, but with new ones it's still here). Plus I asked them to fix the difference of tension between the roof latches, and now the left one rattles!
Now I'm back in London, and I don't want to pay again, only 1 week after coming out of the garage, but I can't go back to Paris...
Any advice?
BTW I'm still looking for a good garage in East or North London

A problem covered by warranty should be totally free of charge.
Re. the ticking noise:- How are your rear tyres? A guy with an NSX had this problem at my dealers. It turned out to be well worn tyres.

almost new Michelin Pilot sports - so it can't be that
it sounds as if something was blocking the rotation of the wheel and suddenly cracking (can't find the proper words in english)

I can only think of wheel bearings then. Jack the rear of the car up, grab the wheel and push and pull at opposite edges (shake it) to see if you can detect any play in the wheel. Good luck with it, these things can drive you crackers.

In my experience, when bearings are on the way out they go pretty quickly and give a more continuous rattle type of noise.
Have you had the brake disk checked with a D.T.I. to see if its running out ?

I use a Honda service center in North London. They are located in Edmonton. I have been impressed with their staff and workmanship considering the bull $hit I have received from Honda UK.

D.T.I. = Dial Test Indicator
You can offer it up to the disk to see if it is square.
If it is not square, it could be rubbing / catching as it operates thus giving you the sound you hear.
Get a competent mechanic to give it the once over, just to be safe.
