Vacuum lines (turbo set up)?

Default Vacuum lines (turbo set up)?

Just interested as to how every one runs there vac lines? i have the air pump removed and was just wondering if you guys are still using the air control vacuum valve? Diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to if you have a stock ECU or GEMU like yourself, standalone you don't.

You dont need it plumbed into anything at all, however it still needs the electrical plug connected.

ok sounds good, i did try removing the vac lines from it but it seemed to idle poorly and stalling at junctions? i know i need another tune any way but would that be sorted out when doing it? just to clarify its this one

On mine none of the nozzles are connected only the electrical plug (bottom) and it idles fine.

Sounds like you have done something right, its only used for the air pump so it shouldn't effect idling. Incorrectly plumbed and not connected vac lines will affect idle.

Thats what im thinking as well, my problems may have been down to the fact that im a tool and have probably plumbed something in wrong (allso re did all my intercooler hoses and seems to hold boost better now)

I think I have a picture around somewhere of the im so I can show you what needs to be blocked if you want to remove the all the vac lines to the solenoid. Will sort it tomorrow.

This is how i have mine if the picture is at any help to you. I also have on the right hand side of the manifold a golden eagle vacumm block to gather the vacumm lines

Is that a GT3582r .I want to find some dyno sheets of a GTx3582r or 106r to see how much extra lag .
