Verhagen - Lead time ??????
Folks,
I have ordered a car from Ferry, he has confirmed I am on the computer for a July delivey, but he had not date as yet. For those that have been through this painful process before, how many weeks before actual delivery did you get the firm date ?? If you get my drift... (quite hard to explain that one
)

2 to 3 weeks b4 it was due to arrive with Ferry.
When it is loaded onto the Ship he can give you a week when he can expect the car to be in his dealership, anything else is guess work.

I heard just at the end of May that it would be in in the second week in June. I saw Ferry on Saturday he has sold 60 S2ks this year 
and had 4 in the shop when we visited (the most I've ever seen in one place - roll on supermeet 2).

Ecxcellent news.
Very pleased to see that you're planning to fly out and bring the car back yourself. Definitely the best way. I suspect that Ferry may want more than a possible one day to do the PDI though.
