Visited "The Ring" this weekend

The traffic jam was almost to the gantry .. for getting off the track.

I was there for about 5 mins, and then on the other side waiting for the track to re-open for another 10.

That pic was taken half way through a Ginsters and a RedBull, waiting on the side of the straight.

It is American.

IIRC it's called the Solstice - think under the Pontiac brand and is powered by some boring heavy 2.4 litre.

Basically it is too slow and weighs too much.

Vauxhall GB refused to import it as it is no successor to the VX and the market is too small.

EDIT - It's also the Saturn Sky roadster, and as above the Opel GT.

That's why it looks so familar. I know of the Pontiac Solstice. Nasty little American "sports car"
