Thumbs up Water in drivers footwell

Hello,

I seem to have developed a pond in my drivers foot well

the weather has been bad, and the car is parked outside,

I get the usual drips from the door seals that most people get but there is a a lot of water,

Passenger side is bone dry, and I get the drips on both sides

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Mark,

if possible, park the car on a slope; frontend higher than the rear.

my seal fills with water if it's parked downhill, so i make sure i park facing uphill. after reading a handful of threads recently, it seems the only fix is to replace the seals.

i'd also pull the carpet and dry it out in the house over the weekend.
remove seat, remove the many trim pieces and pop out the trim clips. about 30-40mins in and out.

Could be a failed heater matrix.

oh wait.... "I get the usual drips from the door seals that most people get but there is a a lot of water"

grab your hoover with the long thin extension on it, then put it down near the soft top hinges.....as you look near the hinges, you want to put the hoover nozzle between the bodywork and the bit of plastic trim where the roof frame goes.
