Weird feeling when braking

Firewall flex?
I've seen a brake master cylinder brace advertised to address this. Adds a strut between the master cylinder and the shock tower. No sure if this a solution in search of a problem though.

You would have thought a fluid change would shift it, bit some people believe that a surface 'roughness' inside the caliper castings causes micro-bubbles to stick and that driving over a bumpy road/getting them really hot on a track is the only way to get rid of them. Sounds dubious, but I've had bleeding problems after I've changed the bleeding calipers...
You've not stated how old/mileagy your car is.
Is there any sign of weeping on the master cylinder piston shaft, or fluid loss? It could be worn seals, or even corroded brake pipes.
It's obviously difficult doing diagnosis from this distance.

The car has only done 26k and it's 06.
I'll be honest, I've not looked for weeping but I'm sure my mechanic checked the system over visually when fitting the braided brake lines. There are no drip marks left on the drive anyways.. and system remains full.
The braided brake lines were only 12" long from memory, located at each calliper. Can you uprate any of the other tubing?

Are you talking about brake pedal creep or an undulation feeling on the pedal
2, pads not seated correctly more so the rear callipers the cross isn't aligned properly with the pip on the pads, very common
3, weep at a pipe joint or in a pipe, common after hose's and callipers have being fitted
4, master cyl valve causing fluid to leach back to reservoir under pressure, can sometimes happen after a fluid change

I would of thought this unlikely as the fluid has been changed and was the same before as after.

Possible but my mechanic is good. But it's something I'll be checking... thanks.

Again, I don't think its this as the issue was there before lines were fitted.

Don't know. I'll have to ask my mechanic on this one as you have lost me :-)
Thank you for your valuable input pal.
