Try the really easy thing first. Put a booster pack on it and try starting, your battery is probably knackered. Mine went but when i took it back for warranty swap they said it tested fine... I argued and they gave me a new one.

Actually, mine cranks a bit slow these days.

I've already replaced it once; a second time in 18 years is unacceptable...If I were American I'd sue someone.
