Must be careful with that dude. The corrosive nature of bowels will lead to rust. Your toxic bum may lead to premature secretion of nasties. Have you tried tenna for men? Its a great preventive measure that is used as FIA standard in nomex.

Depends if your religious and where you place your faith. For me the rigid collar has always helped out in the bedroom. Keeps you in check, so really you can only do what you are told. Take 1 bowl of alpen a day and cut out coffee, you'll be fine in 2-4 weeks.

Picked mine up from Honda York after two weeks and two days! Needed cam chain, tensioner, guides, etc...

No noises or rattling now after BIG repair bill. Really nice to have it back :-)
