Default A wheelie big dilemma ..

Flame suit on ..

Right straight to it, I need some wide wheels, like 10.5j
But then I also want them with a certain style (6 or 7 spoke)
Then I have to consider the ET to make them suit my 30-35mm over fenders which are being made.
Every time I add a preference my options are severely narrowed down.
I've found some which fit the bill bar one thing.
They're 19"
I currently have 18" wheels and they look fine, not too big, not too small, I can deal with the ride. My concern is that 19" will be too big, destroy the ride and functionality of the car that little bit more and bump the price of my tyres up too.
Also they might look ricey if too big.

Does anybody have any first hand experience and advice?
Cheers!

Tyre prices on both 18 & 19 range from 200-270 a corner for sizes and brands I'm looking at, a couple of the 19" are cheaper! Haha

Unless you know exactly how much your archs will stick out then you wont know what size will fit nicely. Make up a DIY spacer and fit a wheel over it to see what size you need, i made small 10mm bits from wood before. Volk TE37 are still in that large size in 18's too though.

?? not a 10.5 but a 10".....what kind of offset are we looking at then? 20ET??

if stock rear is 65ET then 20ET would fit well with the 35mm over fenders I reckon?

You want to find what tyre you want to run so with all your tq ET street radial there new range 315/30/18 but would need a 11 to 12j rim and no less then a 35 et. Find the tyre first then look at wheels is my advice
