I believe they are all up to the job - I have a Ballade IIRC, Toda I can imagine is more expensive - I have only read the recommendations on Billmans one. I don't think you can go wrong with either!

If you can find it there is a guide for how to fix it, I believe that it is simply a case of drilling out the oil feed hole to be slightly bigger to allow more oil to flow through to keep the piston pushed out and the chain in tension. Along with sand blasting the worm gear.

The TCTs from Ballade, Toda, Inline Pro etc have different internals, stronger springs and a heavier piston.

Another thumbs up for Billman's.
I sanded mine a couple of times before I got bored of them going wrong! Billman's has, thus far, been solid. I can't recall the mileage it had on, but it's easily done 10k - 15k+
