Default Windscreen washer jets stopped working

My windscreen washer jets have stopped working but the headlight ones still work.

Water level topped up to the top... where should I start looking for answers first?

Same fuse, so won't be that.

Cant hear the motor so was hoping it would be a different fuse

Where is the motor on these, guess it could be a connection, more likely a broken motor I guess.

You haven't had the bonnet lifted extra high recently have you? Kiwi demonstrated how to do it at JAE, and as a by-product, it disconnected the rubber washer jet hose.

Oh yeah, just noticed that you can't hear the motor. Sorry about that. Good luck sorting it.

Probably just the washer pump. They are usually sock pumps, made by Bosch etc (many different car makes use similar pumps)... try a scrap yard for an S2k one, although my advice would be to remove the pump. I'm not familiar with the s2k pump, but usually is push-fitted into the side of the washer bottle. Remove it & go to halfords, they sell stock pumps - try to find a suitable one. Or, check at Honda.

On past cars , I found that dealer prices were around

Is the washer bottle behind the driver side front wheel?

Is it just a case of jack up, wheel off, liner off and a couple of bolts and bottle out??

Hi M8, I had the opposite problem--my headlamp washers stopped working but the windscreen washers were fine.
The washer bottle is located under the drivers front wheel arch lining, just undo a few clips to get at it. I managed to do it without taking the wheel off-just put it on full lock.
The lower small pump does the headlamp washers & the pump you want is nearer the top of the bottle.
Thats how it is on mine which is a 52 plate, not sure how much a new pump is but i did see a complete washer bottle for sale on Ebay--its sometimes cheaper to buy the lot 2nd hand but make sure its not too old or it might not last.
Good luck.
