Hello guys,


I'm finally putting the engine back in car, but it has been so sodding long since i have removed it, i'm not too familiar with the routing of the wiring under the intake manifold.

Like Alternator feed, starter motor feed, the knock sensor plug is simple, same with coolant temp. Its more of the routing of the wiring, as it clips to the intake manifold support bracket, but i cannot remember which side the loom goes from above and on top ect.

If anyone has any pictures of it, that would be super handy! Same with where the earth bolts to and stuff!


Also what are the lengths of the bolts for the starter motor? I have another spare set and they have got mixed up amongst aload of them!

Was just going through my photos, didn't realise it but apparently I have taken a few of the manifold area so I knew where to put stuff back at some point. This is pre-Air Pump Delete so that might be why I took the pics - hope it helps

Was sorta looking for pics of the wiring under the intake manifold, as on top of the manifold seemed quite straight forward. But thank you none the less!

pleased you got there ! (you did get that earth on the back of the head before you put the engine in didn't you )

Nope! But it does look like abit of fun to try and get it bolted on again! haha!
