According to the wheel fitment guide you should be ok but thats not lowered, i think it will rub on the rear bumper lowered 1.5"+ on hard cornering but im not sure about the Eibachs. Tbh with a bit more camber you probably would be fine, you'll have more camber being lowered as well.
You will need a spacer for the front for the brakes, im not sure how much for either but if you go more than 10mm you'll need extended lug nuts and maybe arch mods. Its the width of the caliper you need to look at and where it is positioned compared to stock. A 10mm bolt-on worked for me over my Project Mu slim kit and didn't need any arch work.
Ill get the pics up this week sometime, was too sick last week.

According to:

I would need 10mm spacers.
Pics would be great, thanks.

Provisionally the 5Zigens are sold so the CE28Ns are off the market, if it falls through ill update this. I think i replied to everyone who PM'd me apologies if i didn't. The Volk GT-Ns are still there though....

The 5Zigens are gone now, GT-Ns are still there and im open to a good price. These will fit DC5s as well, wider wheel up front but i doubt you'd get bigger than a 225 on it without a roll.
