Here for sale is my 2002 pre facelift s2000.

The car is completely stock bar the KW v1 coilovers (brand new this year less than 5,000 miles on them) that it's on which are set up so that they're only slightly lower than oem so no scraping etc. It will come with the oem suspension too should you wish to switch it back.

It has 103,900 miles on the clock, full service history (main dealer up til 86k then invoices for all work done after that).

As soon as I got the car I had the two issues fixed that were identified by my Japanese specialist mechanic. These were rusty fuel pipe and wheel bearing noise. The wheel bearing was replaced with an oem one, and the rusty pipe was treated so at the same time I had the underneath of the car undersealed too (see pics).

The roof has been replaced and has the glass rear screen, so no leaks or anything although there is a small slit on the top which has been repaired, I have treated the roof too so it's extra water repellent.

It's also recently had new ferodo front brake pads, new oil and filter, new air filter and wiper blades.

The car was also treated to a professional detail so the paint looks great and beads well. Although the car is 15 years old so it does have scratches etc but nothing major. I've also refurbed the rocker cover with new gaskets.

The car drives great and is mechanically sound, and should provide plenty of trouble free driving for years to come.

Although as all s2000 will eventually suffer from, the rear arches have rusted so will need sorting. And the oem wheels could do with a refurb. Hence the price which I think is fair and that's why it's not up at over 6k as you've got money to play with to sort these issues should you wish.

had brand new oem timing chain tensioner last year.

I recently regreased the shifter so gear changing is perfect (had new gearbox oil last year)

Swapped drive shafts cups over so no vibrations during acceleration or deceleration.

I had the rear axle nuts torqued appropriately.
