I need the drivers side lower. Does it have the bush and bolt?

Hi. The compliance bush and coilover mounting bush are free, but the bush with the camber adjuster is seized. The compliance bush is due for replacement (I think Honda says 10 years or 80000 miles whichever comes first).

EDIT: I forgot to answer about the bolt. It doesn't come with any bolts, apart from the one that is seized in the bush.
