FS: bargain private plate - £50!
 

hi,

my car is about to be scrapped after being written off. The private reg will go with -S200 OLD unless someone on here would like it for the bargain price of £50. You will have to pay the £80 transfer fee also.

Absolute bargain.

Can you actually do this once a vehicle has a scrapped marker?

I think as long as the car is still taxed you can transfer the plate into retention.

Well, you were both right!

James tells me he surrendered the tax when the car was written off and in the end couldn't sell the plate! :confused:

Worth noting for anyone with a personalised number plate.
