FS: S2000 Black (02)

A change of career means I'll be working about 5 miles from home so won't be needing the S2000 anymore.
I have had the car since February 2010 when it had about 72/73k miles on it. I use the car everday for work - doing 70 miles from Cheshire to Manchester city centre and back so it is an excellent runner. It trundles up an 'A' road, along a motorway and then into the city so it does a bit of everything.

Details:

Colour: Black with black interior.
Year: MY2002 on a '02 plate.
Mileage: 111,200 miles (will increase as I'm still using it)
M.O.T: Expires Oct 2013 (advisory for the rear brake lines at the last MOT, but now sorted)
Service History: Mixture of dealer and non-dealer stamps in the book, save that it missed one service. I have usually changed the oil once between services as well.
Tax: 31 July 2013

The car is in reasonably good condition for its age so it has a few scratches etc - Bigger points are mentioned below. It's not immaculate but it's not a dog. It is completely standard. The hardtop is included (and remind me to fish the tonneau cover out of the loft!).

Good points:
1. New clutch fitted at around 90,000 miles.
2. The diff' was replaced (not new, just a lower mileage one) at around 80,000 miles (sorry no receipt for this)
3. The hood is in great condition. I didn't take the top off last summer at all (sad, I know).
4. New Bosch battery fitted at the start of winter 2012.
5. New rear disks and pads fitted December 2012.
6. The near side drive shaft was replaced (not new, just a lower mileage one) in December 2012.

Bad points (which are reflected in the price):
1. There is a bit of corrosion on the leading edge of the bonnet (see photos).
2. The Timing Chain Tensioner rattles (when the engine is hot at idle, but not otherwise).
3. The wheels are corroded (see photo of the worst one).
4. It will need new rear tyres soon.

Any test drives will have to be through your own insurance policy. I'm in Manchester most weekdays if that suits you better.

How can anybody not 'need' an s2000? Not having to use it for work is even better :D

Reduced to £4,500. I'm putting some new tyres on the back this weekend.

Bump for this, still available. Updated info as follows:

1. It's now got 4 new tyres on it 2x Toyo Proxes and 2x khumo ecstas.
2. I have sorted the TCT rattle using the DIY fixit method.
