Hytech cams
I've had a couple of sets of these over the years, and they are the best you can get for the S2000 imo. Very rare too.
These are from my recent engine and have covered about 400-500 miles at a guess, but excellent condition.
Dpecs are as follows:
. Lift Dur at .040
EXHAUST 0.470 261.0
INTAKE 0.514 270.0
£900 delivered.

I've been mildly interested in cams for quite a while, but the mixed opinions on their effectiveness have kept me at bay.
Out of curiosity, if I could buy a brand new pair of BC stage 2 cams for ~£600, what makes second hand Hytech cams worth 300 quid more?

Hi Rob,
Well they're about $2000 new and as good a set of cams as you will get imo.
Not that I can say there's much wrong with BC but they are more of a budget end product.
Cams are deffo overlooked on the S2000 though, and can be the source of most of the power. These with some breathing mods made about 30bhp more than a standard car.

Thanks mate. I'm not quite in a position to throw that amount of money at cams at the moment but I'm certainly intrigued so I'll continue to keep an eye on this thread.
Would vernier pulleys and/or head work be necessary to really see the benefit of these cams do you think?
