MY05 Berlina Black GT!!!
It pains me to write this post but as I need a bigger car, this beauty is up for sale and someone will be extremely happy with it. I am currently awaiting delivery of my new car due at the end of the month so I expect to sell the car by then.
I bought the car on this forum from bandit_287 in December 2013 with 60k miles on the clock. In the 3 and a half years that I have owned the car I have put 18k on it (currently at 78,000 which will increase slightly as it's my daily driver).
Its had 3 previous owners and full Honda service history from 06 - 17. The car is a 54 plate, Berlina Black (the best colour!) GT model with the hardtop (currently off to enjoy the glorious sunshine), stand and I have the tonneau cover somewhere. Red/black leather interior which is mint condition!
Extras:
Honda OEM Aero kit, front lip, side strakes and boot spolier.
Upgraded Alpine head unit, with upgraded speakers, iPod connectivity.
Steering wheel re-trim in red/black to match the interior.
Not so good parts:
Although the car is 13 years old now, the bodywork is still in very good condition and has been washed and waxed every other weekend. The front end could do with a full respray as it has quite a few stonechips now. I have scraped the front lip a few times, once when I first bought the car and I pulled in and parked too close to the curb (lesson learnt!) and a few times when going over speed bumps too fast so the front lip have a few cracks in it.
Clutch buzz (?) when the car is cold and revs to 3-4k, dissapears when warm (common problem and straight forward fix from what I've read so far).
The right speaker died on me recently, I think the connectors need to be re-wired but I haven't had a chance to look/fix it as yet. Some slight kerbing on the alloys, the passenger front tyre was slashed aswell so I had to get a budget replacement for the time being and the windscreen washer connector pipes need replacing (all very easy fixes). Other than that, the car mechanically drives like a dream and has never let me down.
The car was only ever filled with high octane fuel by the previous owner and I have done the same (Shell V-Power) and has never been tracked or driven by maniacs. I'm looking for around £8500 but open to reasonable offers, some of the prices I've seen online are ludicrous so someone will get a bargain. The car is based in Birmingham, drop me a response or PM and I'll be happy to chat!
