Does anyone have a spare Timing Chain Tensioner as I think mine is on its way out?

Are you asking for number 3 on this photo?
If yes, I have one brand new.
I bought it for my car one month ago but never used it.
It is original honda part.

Also thanks to maniatis for the offer but I think £110 delivered looks to be a good buy and I am not sure from the diagram whether that is the TCT that you have.

No, assembly no3 is a tensioner for the aux belt (Serpentine, or alternator belt).
Different part.
