Hi Simon, I was wondering if you still are able to get your hands on this Honda part # 60828-SR3-300ZZ
It's listed as, "Bracket R. FR. Tie Down" for a 1992 Honda Civic CX
It's discontinued here in the USA.

Sorry - that's coming up as a discontinued line over here as well.

However try these Honda Dealers - they are showing stock (recent) on the Honda Dead Stock list, I can't order them but you may be in luck if you email them directly.
