Yes, as per my post above, the dampers can take that difference no problem. However, note the rear preload differences with the 10kg springs compared to the 8kg, there is a difference .

Same place I got the dampers from Apex Performance.

I'll post up part numbers in the morning, as they are on my computer at work....

Part number:
24631-03//01 (x2) - rebound adjusters for wire "remote"
24632-03 (x2) - 136mm control wire
24633-01 (x2) - Plastic rebound knob
24633-02 (x2) - Screw for the plastic rebound knob

I would get the next size up control wire to stop it catching on the boot hinges on the nearside, the offside is fine at that length. Excuse the poor quality pics, not very good light.

No problem - is what the forum is for .

And just for everyone's reference - here is the link to the recommended preload settings - as you can see you are actually going to need 20mm on the rear with 8k springs or 10mm with 10k .

so it looks like I can achieve a 0.9" drop with the correct 18mm preload on a 8k spring ..... if I'm reading that right ?!

Yes, just not with the 15mm spacers . In addition, it is recommended that you get roll centre adjusters if you go below -20mm anyway, so I wouldn't go beyond this if you want to keep the handling to the optimum....
