I've done this on a MY00 and MY04 but I'm not familiar with later models.

It says it's the cushion pad and frame but is it also the leather cover?

The leather is separate part number for Black is 81131-SA2-A11ZA price $792.98

I emailed the website and they said the part included the leather. At that price I might as well buy an aftermarket seat.
