UPSTATE NY WTB rules:

In an attempt to keep the clutter and bogus threads out of here, we have decided upon a set of WTB rules that will protect our members and keep things running smoothly in here. These rules will be followed strictly so please read them carefully!

1. Guests will be permitted to post a WTB thread.
2. You do not set the price. You are at the sellers mercy and if you do not like their price, simply say no thanks and wait for more offers.
3. Please lock your thread when finished or your CO’s will lock it after a reasonable duration
4. Title of the Post must have the prefix WTB:
5. Be specific about what you need. Color, year, condition, etc.
6. Post your location and a means of contact to make it easier for a seller to find you!

Your CO's may change/modify these rules at any time so please check back often to make sure your still following them!

TL: DR

- Title must say WTB: <description of what you seek>
- Be specific about what color, year conditon in original post
- Original Post must include your LOCATION

as a note.. do not put your phone number in posts... its not a good idea. if phone number is best way to contact you i'd suggest saying "PM me for my phone number"
