I'm far too lazy to hike!

Solitude is scheduled to open on 12-Nov. I'm out of town until the 19th, but I'll be up that weekend ... even if it is just making a few turns on link and moonbeam.

We'll see...I don't know if that's going to happen. We are getting some really warm weather this week.

We should take some turns together! You and JR (aka Flexer) were the first guys I spoke to before moving to Utah. I remember you used to work for Novell and advised me to stay away from that particular company if I'm not LDS because the culture might be too difficult to adjust to. I know you've met JR and, until I built my own, I used to watch the videos of your (former) supercharged S2000 track/race car. The one with the Carrera GT was always my favorite.

My build isn't quite as hardcore as yours was just because I'm not willing to take on the expense of going wheel to wheel, but I'm running around 11psi or so and I've got gears to help with the low end. Not quite the turbo setup but it's been dead reliable.

Anyway, we should snag a root beer (or something) and take some turns. I'd like to meet more of the S2000 community out here. I've only met a few.

I'm always up for making some turns! During the season, I'm up at Solitude every Sat and Sun morning ... usually on the first chair up on Eagle Express. I try to make it up for at least one morning during the week as well.

There are plenty of times that I regret selling the S2000 track car. In the end it was an amazing setup with 410+ RWHP. Now, I guess I mostly have my go fast fun making turns on skis!

... as for the rootbeer, well, I prefer a good oatmeal stout

Don't have to worry about the rootbeer with mike....with me, yah I'll just take a coke.

It would be fun to get together sometime. Mike sold his S2k, and I sold mine.....mike rents open wheel cars, and I built one.

We think a like mike.

Have you ever considered getting another fun street car mike? If so what have you considered?

I haven't thought seriously about getting another car. I haven't even had any time to do much Skip Barber ... it's been two years since I did my last event.
