HELP w/MAP sensor. Anyone willing to borrow one...
I CANNOT get my VTEC to work anymore. I have been going on with this for the past week, and simply cannot afford to just start buying replacement parts just to see if VTEC will work. I have been posting like crazy in the UNDER THE HOOD forum, but haven't had any good leeds.
I am wondering if any good samaritan/s2k owners in the SLC area would be willing to let ME meet up w/them and swap MAP sensors for literally 5 minutes, just to narrow my problem down to this or not. Most of my research has come down to a 2 or 3 problems, and i would just like to narrow them down a little more. I am very frustrated with this, and literally am loosing sleep over my car. i love her! But anyways... it is LITERALLY 2 screws holding the MAP sensor in it's place (on top the throttle body, and next to the intake manifold.
THIS WILL NOT SCREW UP anybodies car... i just wanted to make that clear.
Could i PLEASE get some help fellow S2Ker's??? Thank you VERY VERY much!
It's hard for me to check the internet for responses, so if possible... please call my cell number @ 801-696-5951 or my other work number @ 435-764-3062
thanks everyone for the help in advance,
-Brayton D.-
p.s. i live in Murray, but am TOTALLY willing to drive ANYWHERE to meet up with you for your convenience, anytime of day as well. thank you.
