Default Moving to SLC from VA

Hello All,

I will be moving to SLC towards the end of the month and wanted to introduce myself. I don't see a whole lot of activity on the forums, so not sure if you guys have a facebook group instead. I searched and didn't find anything. Anyways, I have an 07 Silverstone with the red black interior, not even 50,000 miles yet. I might hit 50,000 before I leave though since there are still a few things I plan to do to wrap up my time here. I am super excited to get out there and go drive. It looks like a beautiful place to own and enjoy an S2000!

I look forward to meeting some of you in the near future. Let me know if there is a better way to stay in touch than on here.

Thanks guys! I am excited to get out there. I was able to find some more groups based on your suggestions and joined them, so thank you. I sent you a friend request as well Chris since I was able to find you on FB. I'll have to watch the pages and see what pops up. Do you guys do meet ups at all or get together? Or is it kind of a free for all, lol.

Free for all, sadly. After talking to the local owners it seems like we could have a good regular group. Unfortunately, Utah is really big on WRXs and STIs. I don’t mind them but on the whole it’s a hard vaping kinda group. Just got back from a meet. Even with the rain there was at least 100 cars there. Three total s2k but a couple of Supras, GT-Rs etc.

How do you guys like having the s2k in SLC? I just moved to the downtown area from Florida. I havent shipped my honda here yet, im torn between selling it in FL or bringing it over here. Any input is appreciated!

Super late, this section of the forum is mostly dead. The facebook group is pretty active though.

I enjoy having the S2K, the mountain drives are incredible, and the winters are actually pretty mild lately. If you do serious commuting and its your DD though, I would either get a beater subaru, or sell the car.
