They're the same, but i wouldn't get either, spend the extra 50-100$bucks for stage 1. The exedy/oem clutch will eventually end up with a "clutch buzz". Im speakiing from experience.
Your better off ordering it off ebay, no one in the lower mainland will match the price you get off ebay+shipping+currency conversion. Make sure you buy it off a reputable seller though

yah i bought back in the days few exedy clutch for b serie from this shop (gripforce) !! excellent customer service and fast shipping...
the 340$ us shipped quote was for the exedy oem replacement from gripforce...
I mean i drove my car hard for 30,000km clutch kicking all the time on 245 wide sticky re01... and bought the car with 60000km... so the stock clutch been good for 90000km... not bad....

if u ever think about going boost, it would be good to take that into consideration.. i guess u may be wanting the oem feel tho?? I know competition clutches have got some good reviews.. just a suggestion

if your not going boost and considering that you'll be clutch kicking all the time still, i would stick with oem.
I would think its less strain on your drivetrain with the oem over a clutch that grabs harder.

my car came w/ a new ACT clutch (i'm guessing the HD one)....it has a tiny grab point and the pedal requires a ton of force to push down...i can't stand driving the car in rush hour...if a clutch job wasn't so expensive, i would replace it w/ an oem clutch.
btw...oem from majestic honda isn't that expensive..
