Default new recall on fading taillights
did everybody get that recall? i just got it in the mail today....

Do you happen to know what MY and VIN# range is the recall for?

I think only the first ~7000 cars are affected.

I believe its for all 2000 s2k's...but im not sure...I just got the memo the other day...

Hmmm... I haven't checked my mail lately.

Does the recall just apply to 2000's? Or 2001's as well?

its just for 2000's only...but if they are fixing the 2001's too then i figure they'll try to finish up the 2000's then do the 2001's but again im not 100% sure...

Hmm... does that mean that the MY00's taillights will be replaced with taillights with the chrome rings? (MY02-03 taillights)
