Default spare tire question (a pretty dumb one)

how do we take out the spare tire?? is it bolt onto the car or soemthing? i can't seem to unscrew it and take it out..

theres a little butterfly nut on a bolt sticking up through the middle of the wheel.

thanx. finally managed to loosen the bolt with some tools... there's no way to loosen it with our hands..man..if i have a flat tire and want to use the spare tire..i would be real pissed..it's there but u can't get it out of the trunk :S

if you use the spare, the flat won't fit in the trunk anyways. Eject the passenger or get rid of the spare and use tire foam

you are wrong the flat tire does fit the trunk (AP1 wheel atleast) you have to put it in a certain way...cant remember which way also i think you're suppose to put the the jack foam thingy on the side then the flat sits down somehow

Yep, the trunk is supposed to fit the rear tire.
