I use HSBC - Merrill Lynch. I heard TD - Pricewater House is good too.

Cong,
Do you trade yourself or there is IR helping you out?? and is there a minimum cash you need to put into the account?

I do all trading myself. I buy to keep unless I need the cash then I sell. But if you want to do sell short or regular trading then an IR will help. There's a minimum of $5k to open an account. It's actually a very good time to buy US stock since the Canadian dollar is so strong.
