Hi There,

I have an 00 with 87000kms and thinking I should get my Valve Retainers checked and also have a Valve Adjustment performed.

Anyone know of any good shops in Vancouver? Also much do you think it will cost? What is a reasonable price?

yes, its a good idea. i had mine adjusted at 70k. a good place to go is The Speed Syndicate, it is where a lot of local members go. info is in my sig

typical for price for adjustment is around $100 or so
