Edwen has the ARE bar. I'm betting it is just dead tires. I drove my car at Velocity on Saturday afternoon on a set of old V710s and it understeered like crazy, it was awful! I'm betting a fresh set of Hoosiers and his car will handle well again.

WooOo the Ankeny bar ^^ quite curious about how the blades work. How old are your v710s, rich? i got a set of v710's from the KSC coupon but the tires are manufactured in late 07 i think. Still contemplating weather to keep it or sell it.

I bought my tires in 09 when they were $164 each. =(

I kept them in bags and only ran a few events on them. Packwood 2010, and a track day in 2009.
I think Rich is right though. Time to spring for some new A6's.

It was horrible. Like driving a fwd car with terminal understeer. Understeer right out of the box on the first cone, then the next set. Massive understeer into the left hander into the offsets. What a way to start the run.

Sounds exactly like the understeer I had on the 710s at Velocity on Saturday. Exiting the g-circle and getting through the tight left was painful, as was the next right, and the sweeeper, and anywhere I had to turn, really! They were also REALLY sloppy in the slalom. Conclusion: Hoosier FTW!

hmm i wonder if ill get the same issue with my tires =\...

hey rich, what did you use to adjust the rear driver side shock? Ive had it on soft this whole time and im curious how the car would feel if i stiffen it up. havent had the chance to fabricate something yet and really im not exactly the best handy man either haha.

My Konis came with 3 adjustment knobs. I cut one of them with a hacksaw as far down as I could. The centre "adjuster" then pops out and I pushed it into the shortened knob. Now it just stays on the left rear all the time. It's still a pain to adjust, but at least it's doable now. I can show you at the next event.
