Anyone Here Seen This Car

Anyone here know of this car? I have a buddy that wants to take a look at it. The pics look clean but not sure how old they are. The price seems pretty cheap.

It is parked right outside Honda daily. Appears to be in good shape. Drive by and take a look, its always parked on Francis St.
