Live in NY WTB S2K ASAP

Live in New York looking to buy an S2K asap, lower the miles the better, no preference on color; let's just see what's out there. Must be clean title, budget is 13K, I'm not afraid to travel to NJ or PA either.

$13K will buy you a beater. Nothing more. Expect driveway modifications, bad paint, body damage, torn roof, exceedingly high miles, indifferent maintenance, etc. You'll get heavy salt corrosion as well from your market limitation.
