Came out of a salvaged car I parted out, I'm not 100% on the specs but it's believed to be a drift 3". Is not leaking anywere and in decent shape.

Does that come with a silencer and hardware, what about gaskets?

Please take a picture of you measuring the piping.

Are there a bunch of gouges in the canister?

 

it comes with what u see in the pictures, there are some scrapes on the bottom of the pan and i will take a picture with the size tomorrow
