To be honest, i'm not 100% sure. I just know of taking them to a FedEx or USPS and that is pricy but it would be at the buyers expense so the only hassle would be you actually taking them to a post office

let the air out... cut a card board place one on the bottom and top saran wrap them and ship them should only cost 150-200 through fedex
