How have these tires been stored? Temp controlled? Just asking since it looks like these are a year old and yet, new, may have dry rotting/flat spots. Also saw I could scoop these for about the same price from reputable shops. Shoot me what you're looking for.

These are stored in the garage in Bay Area CA. So the temp is pretty consistent throughout the year.
