215/255 is the same relationship as 205/245
why would that understeer more than stock?
why would that understeer more than stock?
For the AP2 it's 215f and 245r
So the plus size would be 225f and 255r
For the AP1 and S02 combo there's a lot more variables with the width of the S02's.
I don't know of any 205f and 245r stock setups on any MY S.
from what i understand it was 205/225 unless you use any tire other than the s02 (which is really an 8inch wide contact patch). so since I use SO3s the correct size should be 205/245 right?
or am I totally misunderstanding this? the stock wheel is 8in wide rear right? so move up to a 9 and to keep the stock balance move the fronts and rear up by 10 so 215/255. Am I close or do I need to start all over
to be honest I am pretty smart and engines and technical info is easy for me to assimilate and understand but tires and wheels mess me up every damn time.
"If you are not running the OEM tires on the rear of the S2K, you should be running a 245/45/16 in the rear.
Our stock 225 is NOT a real 225 and has a 8.5" contact patch which is the same as just about all other 245's out there.
205/55/16 in the front. "

I am going to go on a limb and say that you should have no problem.
You should get a second (or third) opinion just to be safe.
