17x9 +63. 255/40 RE01R. -3° front camber, -2.6° rear. Stock fenders. As predicted, the rears clear everything fine. The front wheels touch the control arm just at full lock with race alignment. With a milder street alignment, the top edges of the tires are closer to the fender and the wheel clears the control arm a bit better.

I don't want to roll, so 17x10 +72 or 17x9 +63 w/275 width in rear? I can't afford lowering and these at same time, so I'm thinking just the wheels with stock spring/damper for now. I'd like to stay staggered, but looking for suggestions. I'd like a setup that won't require fender roll now or with coilover drop later.

Can I consider either of these combinations or does 275 in rear automatically put me in fender roll territory?
1) 17x9 +63 w/255 front and 17x10 +72 w/275 rear
2) 17x9 +63 w/255 front and 17x9 +63 w/275 rear
Option 1 is the way to go.

From your comments over in the racing forum..."17x9 +63. 255/40 RE01R. -3° front camber, -2.6° rear. Stock fenders. As predicted, the rears clear everything fine. The front wheels touch the control arm just at full lock. With a milder street alignment, the top edges of the tires are closer to the fender and the wheel clears the control arm a bit better. Race alignment has more control arm contact just like our 15" 6UL on the Miata ."
Thanks. I'll reconfirm fitament when I'm ready. I'm pretty sure I'll be sticking to a stock alignment, so hopefully that will keep me clear of the full lock rub on the front control arm. But that may mean rubbing on the fender liner? If that's the case, maybe I'll go less aggressive with 255/40 rear and 235/40 front. BTW, the pics you posted over in the racing forum look NICE! I can't wait to see other colors on a car.

949: That isn't a s2000 with stock suspension you have your wheels mounted is it?

Is there a way to adjust or add additional steering rack stops to eliminate wheel to control arm contact?

These are photos of pre-production samples I took this morning, not CAD renderings
