18/19" who has most aggressive offset setup

i currently have a civic sedan and running +26 rear... which is alot less then reccomended but it works because thru the years ive tested and measure w/ different tires and etc.

im planning to get 02 s2k and i wanted to run 19's on the car. no widebody and i wanted to know who has the lowest offsets without rubbing

i wanted 19x8F and 19x9.5R (maybe wider?)

im going to go tein flex w/ edfc (so susp travel is not an issue: my current flex travel is roughly 2-3mm (so i ride slammed with no rubbing)

so i know in the front... prolly 19x8 +49 or so.. 225/35/19

and in the rear im guessing 9.5 is max width.. running like a 265/30/19 but i KNOW you can prolly run wider... and then VIP pull on a smaller tires etc.

who has what, and pictures?
i have a fender roller so thats not an issue

see 9.5 on 265 has been done.. but a 9.5 normally fits a 245 fine.. so maybe a 10.5 with 265? have it pulled because... the tire is what rubs so... wider rim.. lower offset same tire...

i'm just wondering whos done what.. u can measure all u want but it comes down to exactly who has what.. as i've seen in my car going from 2 peicd c4's +43 to 2 peice CR's +39 to my SSR's 3 peice @ +26... pulling on the tire. etc

sorry to ramble.. but RIM enthusiasts will understand where i'm coming from

i saw someone made a chart

of front and rear wheel widths and the corresponding offset.. anyone know where i saw it. ive been clicking thru posts for hours now trying to find it again

My two cents.... 19's look stupid on this car. Rubber band tires look stupid. Stretched tires on wide wheels looks stupid. Wheels that stick out look stupid.

Anything less than about a +48/+50 on the front and a +50/+55 on the rear starts to stick out. That keeps our tires at 225 or less in the front and 255 or less on the back. If you want 10.5 inches on the back talk to HRE or Kinesis and get some custom offsets at +73.

yeah, i like rubber band tires and i like wheels flus to fender.

i make wheels for a living so i just wanted to know offsets people run..

thanks for your :opinion: but no thanx..

people who actually know wheels and have wide wheels w/ high offsets respond..

offset depends on width.. so ur guesstamates of #'s above doesnt mean anything without a reference of what width wheel ur talking about.

This may not be exactly what you are looking for but here are the pics I always post:

The wheels are 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the back. Rear offset is +55 and the rear tires are 255. Hopefully the pics will help. The wheels are not all the way to the edge of the fender but they are close. I think if I was lowered more than an inch and a half, I would rub.
